
Matthias C. Kettemann, University of Innsbruck
Matthias C. Kettemann is incoming Professor of Innovation, Theory and Philosophy of Law and head of the Institute for Theory and Future of Law at the University of Innsbruck. He is also research programme head at the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans-Bredow-Institut (HBI) and heads research groups at the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society, Berlin (Global Constitutionalism and the Internet), and the Sustainable Computing Lab at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Platform and Content Governance). He has been consulted on digital rights, platform regulation and algorithm governance by the German Bundestag, the German foreign and economics ministries, the EU External Action service, a number of DAX companies, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, the OSCE, the Fundamental Rights Agency and the Council of Europe.
