Terrie Romano, National Research Council of Canada
As Senior Policy Advisor, National Research Council Canada, Terrie Romano supports research collaborations in Germany, the EU and the USA. Previously Terrie was the government of Ontario’s representative in India and in Germany, where she attracted new investments, generated new business opportunities for Ontario companies abroad and fostered international research collaborations.
Fluent in English, French, German and Italian, Terrie holds a Ph.D. from Yale University and held several academic positions before joining the Canadian Foreign Service.
