Rosemary McCarney, University of Toronto
Rosemary McCarney is currently Senior Advisor to the Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response and is Senior fellow, Foreign and Defense Policy, Massey College, University of Toronto. She is the past Ambassador to the United Nations and the Conference on Disarmament (2015- 2019).
