Fen Osler Hampson, World Refugee & Migration Council
A Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, Fen Hampson is the President of the World Refugee & Migration Council and Chancellor’s Professor and Professor of International Affairs, Carleton University. A graduate of Harvard University, he is the author of 15 books and editor of 35 other volumes on international affairs and Canadian foreign policy.
