Dr. Ulrich Blum, University of Halle
Dr. Ulrich Blum holds the chair for political economy at the University of Halle and is the founding director of the Center for Economics of Materials there. He is the author and editor of numerous economic publications with a focus on institutional and competition theory and has recently published a standard work on economic warfare. He is a regular guest author and interview partner for domestic and foreign media. In 2012, he was admitted to the European Academy of Sciences and Arts.
