Dr. Fenwick McKelvey, Concordia University
Dr. Fenwick McKelvey is an Associate Professor in Information and Communication Technology Policy in the Department of Communication Studies at Concordia University. He is also director of the Algorithmic Media Observatory and co-director of the Media History Research Center. His research focuses on the machines, bots, artificial intelligence, algorithms, and daemons that make up the Internet’s infrastructure – as well as their political consequences.
