Alisha Todd, ParlAmericas
Alisha Todd is the Director General of ParlAmericas, the institution that promotes parliamentary diplomacy in the inter-American system. Alisha joined ParlAmericas in March 2014, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm for promoting democratic principles and strengthening governance institutions. Her recent work has focused on advancing programming throughout the hemisphere to strengthen legislative responses and policy making on priority themes. Alisha holds a degree from the University of Toronto in International Relations and Latin American Studies.
